Eating
We cook with fresh local or regional (if possible organic) produce. We will spoil you with meat, game specialities and also offer a variety of creative vegetarian dishes.
Thanks to our predecessors, Erika and Hitti Pitschi-Flütsch we can serve Prättigauer specialities.
We will create, especially for you, seasonal menus (booking required) for a minimum of two people.
If you are allergic or intolerant to any ingredient, please inform us in advance. We will find something that will be suitable for you.
WINE
We chose our wines carefully: from Graubünden, the Valais (specialities), Italy, Spain and France. Our aim is that you should be able to make your choice from very good wines. Among them you will find a great variety of organic wines too.
PARTIES
Hotel Rhätia is the perfect place for special events: family events, birthday parties, wedding banquets and society events (max: 120 people). We’ll prepare a meal according to your wishes and will do everything so you can enjoy the occasion naturally. Menu suggestions and a list of prices are available on request.
